A Break In The Silence

Well it's been a long time since i blogged dear reader, I'm not sure why this is to be frank but here goes my return into the world that is blog.

What have i been up to? well the first thing that springs to mind is that i received my results and passed. Which was a huge relief as i have no resits to worry about. I've also been on my travels to Florida for a fortnight which was a nice break in the sun; although i was very glad to return home...there really is no place like home. Even though i have been filling my days with various activities i find that I'm drawing a blank as for something to write about. Other than the news i heard yesterday about Japanese scientists creating computer storage from D.N.A. I find this quite a scary concept if I'm honest. Mark has said before now that Microsoft have been creating the first steps in a skynet type system and as these sort of developments keep happening i do wonder what's stopping this happening in the future. I was impressed that half a kilo of D.N.A can store the equivalent of a terabyte of data...which is a bloody lot!
